I love this little hidden gem. The only place I've found that makes the most amazing and authentic Jajangmyeon, my favorite dish in the world ...

The people are absolutely generous and kind. They provide some incredible food. The dish I got was number 10, and when I first received it, it was boiling. It continued to boil for a bit and remain hot the entire time I was eating. There was plenty of vegetables and seafood variety in it. Out of all the seafood I did not have a single bite with sand in it, so it was scrumptious bursting at the seams with flavor. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

As a Korean from the West coast, I can say with utmost certainty that this is the best Korean food you can get in Charlotte. Kimchi is always fresh and has amazing flavor, perfectly balanced and has a nice kick all kimchi should have. I grew up going to hole in the wall Korean restaurants with my 할머니 and the Dduk Mandu Guk is the closest I get to being back there. Nice proportions fitting of a Korean restaurant, and trust me you will be wanting to have more despite being so full you’re ready to explode. WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

ABSOLUTE BANGER!!! man, the food is amazing, authentic and reasonably priced. Charlotte is definitely lacking in the Korean food department overall but this place is as close to authentic as you’ll get. The restaurant is inside a grocery store with other food stalls near by so you have plenty of options. The bakery nearby is a musttttt the sesame balls were delicious!! Though I wouldn’t recommend the dim sum form the restaurant in the middle... but their banhmi were really good. TAKE MY WORD!! This food court is so much better than the one in Pineville’s super g mart.
